The M&S Farm team members have established excellent, long term working relationships with real estate agents, farm management companies, agriculture cooperatives, application suppliers, and input suppliers for seed, chemical and fertilizer.
It is a key Company objective to establish long term relationships with our landowner partners. This is achieved through open and honest communication and by providing high quality service to meet the landowner’s needs. We understand the importance of your land investment and as such, we are willing to provide full transparency by sharing scouting reports on fields, aerial photos taken with a drone during field scouting, the results of soil test reports on landowner farms, and yield maps obtained during the harvesting operation. It is our guiding principle to be good stewards of the land and to treat all rented farmland as if it’s our own.
