Cash Rent Lease

M&S Farms pays an annual cash rent calculated on a fixed dollar amount per acre. We apply our normal farm management practices including picking up rocks in the spring, mowing ditches, controlling weeds in the fence rows and ditches, applying excellent soil management practices, and maintaining waterways to prevent soil erosion.  Our rents are normally paid 50% in the spring and 50% in the fall, however we can structure the lease payments to meet your specific cash flow needs.
