The Company’s farming operation originally got its start in 2013 when Priebe Partners, LLC purchased farm land in northwest Iowa. M&S Farms was subsequently formed and acquired the farming operation of a local area operator. M&S Farms became the operational side of the farming investment and over the years M&S Farms continued to successfully grow its farming business. M&S Farms continues to explore ways to expand its farming business through cooperative arrangements with landowners and other local operators.
