M&S Farms, LLC is a private, family-owned farming company owned by Mike and Sue Priebe. While Mike and Sue currently reside in Wisconsin, their roots to Iowa agriculture run deep. Mike was previously the assistant treasurer for Pioneer Hi-Bred International, located in Johnston, Iowa and he was raised in a farming environment where he worked on his grandparent’s farm and for his father’s John Deere dealership, prior to graduating from college. Mike actively manages the farming operation and participates during the spring planting and fall harvest work.
Sue, a native of Iowa, and her family were involved in the ownership and management of farms located in Hancock County and Warren County, Iowa. Mike is a licensed CPA (inactive). He earned an undergraduate degree from Iowa State University and a M.B.A. degree from The University of Iowa.
In addition to the Priebe family, the Company’s Iowa farming operation is assisted on-site by very capable team members including operational participation from the Jeff Demers family with over 130 years of collective farming experience.
