The investor is responsible for the drying and/or storage of their share of the crop at harvest for the bushel lease, the net share lease, and the crop share lease. While M&S Farms is not a commercial handler of third-party grain, it may provide drying and storage services to the landowner partners that it serves. Therefore, at a reasonable cost M&S Farms can assist the investor by making available its extensive drying and storage capabilities in order to enhance the investor’s grain marketing strategies.
